Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping (Please note there are delivery delays due to covid. USPS is also not performing an outgoing scan so tracking will not be accurate until it reaches your local distribution. USPS priority shipping is delayed by 3 to 4 days, so it could take a week or more to reach you.)
We use USPS for all shipments. Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking number. You will be able to see the status of the shipment as it makes it's way to you. We do not have control of delivery once USPS has possession of your package. If there is an issue with delivery please contact USPS. Benni Botanicals LTD shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages during shipping. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with USPS.
We are happy to refund or exchange any unopened products. A refund/exchange request must be made within 14 days of your purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition (Not tampered with and original heat seal in tact). Benni Botanicals LTD shall not be responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Once the return is received we will inspect and process the exchange / refund upon our acceptance of the condition of the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange.
Any dispute will be handled in the EU.
